OPERATION WEALTH CREATION

It focuses on empowering smallholder farmers, turning them into commercial farmers, and promoting sustainable economic growth.

The program operates in all regions of Uganda, targeting both rural and urban areas.

The OWC program has registered significant progress in increasing agricultural production, creating jobs, and reducing poverty.
It aims to empower the 68% of the population that is outside the money economy.

In Nwoya district, many farmers have benefited from this initiative which included but not limited to:

1. Seeds distribution to farmers
2. Training Support
3. Monitoring of these farmers to see how they are progressing. This has really been of great help to farmers in the district.
