This is one of the most latest and trending initiative by the Government of Uganda. it is one of the approach used to see that poverty level is tackled from the parish level. Inotherwards in this approach resources are handled at the parish level.
In Nwoya for example a number of activities embeded in the six pillars have so far been done ie.
i. Community senzitization
ii. Formation of Enterprise Groups
iii. PDM baseline data collection.
iv. Formation of Sacco among others.
Trainings of beneficiaries at different level have also been done.
